Wake up to the sound of someone teeing off at the neighbouring 9th hole followed by a cup of tea or coffee on the sunny balcony, admiring the panoramic views.
The apartment consists of a spacious bedroom, a modern bathroom and a combined kitchen/ living room which extends through large doors onto the south facing balcony.
The bedroom has a double bed as well as 2 single convertible armchairs, to facilitate flexible family sleeping arrangements.
The kitchen/ living room has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with an extendable table that can comfortably seat 6.
The large sofa can also be converted into a double bed.

Wohnküche mit Ausziehcouch erlaubt ein gemütliches Beisammensein.
Es liegt uns wirklich am Herzen, das sich unsere Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen - Kinderfahrräder,
Schlitten Drachen, Bobby Car, Brettspiele, Lego, Basketballkorb, unser ‚Wanderbibliothek‘
und vieles mehr steht Ihnen zur freien Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch kann ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett) sowie ein zweites Bad
hinzugebucht werden.
Mitgebrachte Fahrräder, Skier usw. können gerne in einem abschließbaren Gartenhäuschen
verstaut werden.

Low season: 64€/ per night for 2 people

Additional guests
- Each additional adult costs 15€ per night
- Each additional child (6-14 years) 10€ per night
- Children under 6 are for free.
- Dogs are also welcome, we charge 7.50€ per night
Minimum stay
In general we have a minimum stay of 5 nights. Shorter stays are possible on request, and with a once off additional cleaning fee of 45€ .
